We sell unframed paper prints and framed wall art. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge:

  • Sizes may vary slightly due to printing or framing processes
  • Product availability is subject to change
  • Images may include mockups for illustration purposes

We may modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

All products are offered subject to availability. We do not guarantee that any product, edition, size, frame option, or finish will remain available for any period of time.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You provide accurate and complete information
  • You have the legal right to use the payment method provided

We may refuse, cancel, or place a hold on any order at our discretion, including where fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, or operational constraints are suspected.

We reserve the right to delay shipment or fulfillment pending payment verification or risk review.

We reserve the right to cancel orders resulting from pricing, product description, or inventory errors, including after an order has been submitted.

Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise indicated. Applicable taxes are added at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, order volume, or supply chain factors. Delivery timeframes are not guaranteed.

Once an order is shipped, risk of loss transfers to you.

5. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier delays, supply chain disruptions, natural disasters, labor disputes, or technical failures.

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Notify us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery
  • Include photos of the packaging and the damaged item
  • We will evaluate your claim and provide a replacement or refund if eligible

We reserve the right to determine eligibility for refunds or replacements.

7. Intellectual Property

All images, artwork, photographs, text, graphics, and product designs displayed on the Service are owned by Conway Darkroom, participating artists, or their respective licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights or license to use any content beyond what is necessary to browse the website and purchase products for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content without prior written permission from the rights holder.

8. Copyright Infringement / DMCA Policy

framer.art respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any court proceedings permitted under these Terms, including actions to enforce an arbitration award or matters eligible for court resolution, shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
